Great little box
If you've done your research on this box, you'll know that if you've got an Ivy Bridge processor you'll need to have BIOS version 107 or higher installed just to boot the machine.
Some of these boxes have been shipping with older BIOS versions, meaning that anyone with a newer processor is basically screwed unless they request a new BIOS chip from Shuttle. (They'll Fedex you the chip at no charge, and swapping it out takes literally 5 seconds.)
I purchased through Amazon seller "Platinum Micro". A sticker on the motherboard indicated it came from the factory with 106, but when I booted up with my Ivy Bridge chip in there, I was happy to see that 107 was already loaded. So no worries there.
This is a great little box. Not the quietest thing in the world, but the included heatpipe system seems to work well enough. Once you install the drive cage things get really tight, so routing cables becomes a bit of an art.
So far no complaints...
