Fellowes Pulsar Plus 300 Manual Comb Binding Machine lets you bind paper into an attractive manual in the convenience of your home or office. There is nothing to plug in, it's all manual and the binding machine is very sturdy and durable. It takes up a bit of space with a footprint of almost 16" x 16". This machine can punch through up to 18 sheets of standard 20 lbs. paper at one time and can bind up to 300 sheets if you purchase the large 38 mm combs. A starter kit included with the machine lets you bind up to 40 sheets (6 mm and 8 mm combs included) with a transparent cover and a black or white thick bonded backing. The transparent cover sticks to the first sheet thanks to static.
