Good, but has an unfixed bug
These switches are good except for one big problem that affected one of our installations. Cisco acknowledged the bug, but won't work on it any further without us doing a bunch more work on their behalf. We decided that we'll just use another brand of switches.
The bug shows up if you try to use the auto voice VLAN feature with phones that don't do CDP. The LLDP option has a bug where the phones will fall off the network after a short time. The work-around requires manually configuring the phones and the switch.
If you do not need LLDP with auto voice VLAN, then they are simply great. The UI is very clear and easy to use. They are reliable and stable with great performance. I haven't found anything else with this price/performance ratio.
