SIIG CE-KV0411-S1 2-Port DisplayPort KVM Switch - I Pick This One
Works great out of the box, but.... follow up.
This would have been given a 5 star rating because it worked so well out of the box - I was pleasantly surprised! But, it stopped working on the third day and was returned for replacement. I haven't received it yet but hopefully, the replacement will work longer.

I received the replacement unit and several days in it's still working flawlessly - I've moved my rating up to 4 stars.
